If the sound quality has been altered: Examples: (low output, no highs, no lows or even distortion) there is a great possibility that wax buildup has occurred in the sound tubes. Please have your in ears serviced. Most repairs require a deep cleaning. We will notify our customers if any additional service is needed after cleaning has been performed and if there are any additional costs relating to the repair.
