Warranty/Repairs

Sam Audio warrants all UIEM (Universal In-Ear Monitors) and CIEM (Custom In-Ear Monitors) against defects in components for a period of one year from the date of purchase and 90 days on cables and accessories.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accident, or abuse
  • Damage due to poor maintenance / modification of any part
  • Shell or faceplate breakage due to misuse
  • Broken connectors in cables due to misuse
  • Earwax buildup due to poor maintenance

    We need to look up the original product from the original invoice. This should have been emailed to you at the point of sale. Please search for this as it will help with the turnaround time.
